Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Corrin Real Estate website and the Corrin client portal ("the site"), operated by Corrin Real Estate ("Corrin", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it.
• Try to gain access to accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms or the portal.
• Use the site, or anything on it, to harass, defraud or harm another person.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who misuses the site.

Property listings, prices, descriptions and appraisal figures on the site are provided as a guide and may change without notice. They are not an offer, a valuation, or financial or legal advice, and you should not rely on them as the only basis for a decision. Before you buy, sell or commit to anything, make your own enquiries and get independent professional advice where you need it.

If you have a portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We may update, limit or withdraw portal features as the service develops.

The site, its design, text, logos and branding belong to Corrin or our technology provider and are protected by law. You may view and use the site for your own genuine dealings with us, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for another purpose without our permission.

The site may link to third party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Subject to those rights, the site is provided on an "as is" basis, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from a delay or error in the information on it, or from any interruption to the service. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of doing so.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
